States, online sellers bring sales tax fight to Supreme Court in case that could affect millions

Millions of merchants could be affected by the Supreme Court's decision in a case that could force online retailers to collect sales taxes in states where they have no physical presence. The case pits South Dakota against three companies, Wayfair, Overstock and Newegg. Amazon already pays sales tax.
